Enrollment for the Workspace Design Show, Europe's most essential event for workplace design, taking place Nov. 5-6, 2025 at RAI Amsterdam, is now open. This year's theme, Activate the Senses, invites participants to experience the power of sensory design in shaping how we feel, focus and function in the workplace.

Bringing together more than 5,000 architects, designers, workplace strategists and commercial interior design professionals, the fair highlights the ideas, products and solutions that are redefining the future of workplaces.

With more than 170 leading brands, more than 120 speakers and five immersive spaces, the 2025 edition offers everything from tactile materials and biophilic installations to smell, sound and lighting environments that respond to the senses. Attendees will discover how design can not only look good, but also feel, sound and even smell better.

The 2025 program includes more than 35 panel discussions with influential speakers from companies such as OMA, MVRDV, UNStudio, Mecanoo, Gensler, Amazon, Booking.com, Adidas, ABN AMRO, Sanofi, AECOM, Casper Schwarz and many others. On three dedicated conference stages, participants will gain exclusive insights into how innovation, well-being, data and design intersect in today's evolving built environment.

Visitors can experience for themselves the latest workplace solutions in furniture, lighting, acoustics, biophilia, surfaces and technology from top brands such as Vitra, VEPA, Pedrali, Artifort, Interstuhl, Sedus, Interface, Tarkett, Kettal, Konig + Neurath, Humanscale and many more.

This year's edition also features five specially commissioned sensory spaces by firms such as UNStudio, Mecanoo, M Moser Associates and Casper Schwarz Architects, as well as the Mood Board Contest organized by Biophilic Design Academy. The world-renowned FRAME Awards will take place live during the event, rewarding excellence and innovation in interiors from around the world.

From interactive installations to design-focused lectures, the Workspace Design Show 2025 edition is a celebration of how interiors can activate the senses and transform the way we work, collaborate and connect.
