This year Franssen Lighting will be present for the second time at the lighting fair in Gorinchem. "The nice thing about this event is that it is really focused on the professional. During the previous edition this was also noticeable in the field of participants. All exhibitors were focused on service and quality. This attracts the right audience." As an all-round supplier of lighting in the garden and utility sector, the company feels at home here. 

"In addition to supplying mid- to high-end fixtures, we are known for advising the customer. This ranges from lighting a parking lot or business garden to taking on challenging projects together. In addition, we can perform lighting calculations and put together a lighting plan." 

Thanks to more than forty years of experience, Frank says Franssen lighting can create almost any desired light image. "In this regard, we certainly do not supply thirteen-in-a-dozen products. Of course we also have basic products that are standard and functional, but we also supply the product that stands out. These fixtures combine the desired light output with beautiful design."

Quick delivery and ease of installation

Franssen lighting's assortment consists of a collection of quality European brands. "Our Finmotion line is ideally suited for the price-conscious buyer, who is looking for the best value for money. City Highlight is the professional line, which is of extremely high quality. An example is the TP lamp, which came on the market last year. In between is a nice wide range of fixtures in the more luxurious segment, under the name Franssen C-lect. Because we keep a lot in stock, we can deliver very quickly and otherwise our European manufacturers can replenish stock quickly. Another advantage for our customers is the fact that our fixtures can be connected quickly and easily. They appreciate this very much, because time is money!"

Market developments are interesting, but Frank doesn't want to be overly influenced by fast trends. "This is where I am very level-headed. I prefer to look at the bigger picture. For example, we work with our manufacturers to improve LED technologies. We also think about the issues that our clients find important. Light pollution, for example, is an important issue. More and more (nature) organizations want companies to limit this as much as possible. We advise on choosing the right, animal-friendly fixtures. For example, it is important that the light only shines downwards. These factors, among others, were important in the lighting of crematorium Buitenplaats Zevenhutten."
