Always connected to our customers, the market, our products and our people

As a developer and manufacturer of aluminum window and door systems for all sectors of construction, Intal is constantly in communication. "With our customers, the market, our products and our Intalists," explains Rudy Schipper. "We do the things we do from a strong conviction. The market and our products

"In addition to the connection we have with our customers, we also stay connected to social issues from the market." This is evident just from the fact that Schipper is a director at VMRG with the training portfolio. In addition, he is also responsible for the business club. "Intal always thinks in appropriate solutions in terms of approach, materials and product development.  For example, we are now fully committed to circular," says Schipper. "The demand from the market results in the development of our products. So also with our products we are always connected," he continues. "We source everything we need for our products from the source. We develop and produce our aluminum facade solutions without intermediaries. In that we are unique in the Netherlands. So that also means that we have ownership within that entire process: from the choice in raw materials to the return of materials that come from us, when a building is demolished, for example. So the circle is closed again."

Our people

Schipper is proud of the self-developed Intal Method that the company has integrated: "Because we believe it is important for our Intalists to be connected with each other and with the company, all processes are completely open and transparent. That takes quite a bit of guts. You don't often see that elsewhere in the industry." But, says Schipper, "everything is focused on continuous improvement, entrepreneurship and personal development. We focus on happiness and personal development and put people in their power. In doing so, we create the highest level of commitment, both internally and externally, and work daily to create the best solutions for our customers."

Continuous improvement

Schipper notes that it is seen by customers that Intal is constantly improving. "That's because we believe that everything can always be better. That makes for honest and surprising solutions." Intal works according to the LEAN method. Schipper explains, "All Intalists think from customer value and optimizing work processes from that customer value. Efficiency is always the starting point here. We are free to create and share knowledge together with our customers.  That way the customer knows exactly what to expect from us and then the connection comes naturally." He concludes, "That joint enterprise is really part of the Intal Method. We do what we say and say what we do. Intal. Feel connected."
