Airspot and lighting fixtures in one smart and elegant combination: John de Laat, operational director of Leeuwerik Plaat, came across Airspot at the Fair Eigen Huis in Utrecht and was immediately sold. "With Airspot, annoying ventilation valves in the room are avoided, while still ensuring optimal air distribution," he explains. "Moreover, the LED spots have a high aesthetic value. It is not for nothing that I included Airspot in the design of our newly built home at the very last minute."
The Airspots were installed throughout the home: from living room to kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom and toilet, says De Laat. "Before installation, ventilation and lighting design had to be perfectly matched. In a construction team with Airspot and the (interior) architect, contractor, W- and E-installer, we were able to implement this perfectly. Cornel van den Thillart, director-owner of Airspot, was very regularly present to explain the technique in detail. I greatly appreciated that involvement. Our new home was completed in June 2020, so by now we have been able to experience the Airspots in all seasons. We are very satisfied with both the look and operation; it is in all aspects a very beautiful product."
"With Airspot, we have revamped the standard ventilation valves for supply and return air (with WTW)," Van den Thillart emphasizes. "The trimless LED spots come in stainless steel and are available in all RAL colors. In addition, architects and end users have a choice of a matte, satin or high-gloss finish. In terms of appearance, the Airspots therefore offer a lot of variety: from classic, exclusive and rural to sleek and modern. This makes them suitable for any interior; from private to project-based."
The Airspots can be combined with all duct variants. Moreover, they are manufactured in the Netherlands. "In addition to the AR111 and AR70 standard models, customized spotlights are also possible. In addition to ventilation and lighting, aspiration detection, for example, can be integrated."
