Green climbing aid systems make the facade ... green!

From design to realization

Carl Stahl Green Walls' climbing aid systems are ideal for creating a green sustainable facade. Whether it is a fence, a residential house, an apartment complex or a public building, indoors or outdoors, the climbing aid systems are ideal for small and large areas.

Carl Stahl Green Walls is a manufacturer and supplier of climbing aid systems. With their stainless steel tension cables and cable nets you can realize the most beautiful green projects. Basically, any shape and size is possible and the most impressive and unique vertical gardens can be created with the help of climbing aid systems, on small and large areas.

At Carl Stahl, green (in the city) and challenging forms make the heart beat faster. Quality, sustainability and greenery are important keywords within the company.

"We believe that sustainable green walls contribute to a healthy and inspiring living environment in today's landscape," said Jennifer Swagers, marketing manager at Carl Stahl Green Walls. "Climbing aid systems in particular are ideal for creating more greenery in urban areas. We are, of course, happy to contribute to that. In addition to supplying climbing aid systems, we are happy to design facade gardens and, if required, install them as well."

Each project is unique

That every facade is different is something they know well at Carl Stahl Green Walls. Their climbing aid systems have already been applied to a rich array of different facades. For example, a fence, a residential house, an apartment building, or a public building, wood or cement. The climbing aid systems can be divided into three types: the standard systems, the tension cable system and the cable net system.

It is also possible to apply horizontal or diagonal lines.

Horizontal, vertical and diagonal

Swagers: "With tension cables and spacers, you can easily create a green facade (yourself). In principle, you only need a vertical cable to support festooned plants. It is also possible to apply horizontal or diagonal lines. The tension cables are guided by spacers. The standard stainless steel systems are ideal for stone facades. For wooden facades, aluminum spacers are suitable."

Unique shapes with the tension cable system

She continues: "With the tension cable system you can realize unique projects. This system is extremely suitable if the facade is just a little different and large spans need to be made. The tension cables are enormously strong and hardly noticeable. In principle, any shape and size is possible. We are happy to think along with you and support you with the detailing."

Large spans with cable networks

Cable netting is often used when large spans need to be made. The net is a nice ivy for plants and the net can also serve as a partition or fall protection. In this case, balustrades or fencing can be omitted, which also makes it more economical to apply such a cable net.
