"Everything that is good we keep and everything that is outdated we replace or improve. A renovation is structurally smart and can be completed in two to three weeks."

"We can make the elevator more sustainable and energy efficient, as well as improve fire safety, or completely customize the interior. When renovating, we can enter into a construction contract. We then ensure that the existing installations remain in use during construction. When the contractor is almost finished, we carry out our work and the elevators remain available during the construction process.

For example, Vebo Liftsupport worked on an office building from 1990 located in Hoofddorp. This building has been completely converted into a modern multi-tenant office complex. "For a contractor, we technically renovated two elevator systems here and fitted them with energy-efficient controls and drives. The elevator cages were renovated entirely to the architect's design, with marble slabs on the floor and walls, larger mirrors and brass handrails, all custom-made."

Extensive advice precedes the work. "First we survey the old situation, then we make a proposal, both technical and cosmetic. We offer several options, but either way we ensure a reliable elevator."
