Revolutionary RenoS9000® profile also proves to be truly... revolutionary

The spirit is right there. And, actually, that is an understatement. Once again, the pace of innovation at Kufa seems to have been stepped up considerably. After a new profile was developed at the end of 2019 and then presented to Gealan in 2020, followed by a major market launch, which already took place this year, the technical department put its head together again at the beginning of 2021: the amazing and rapid results are impressive. Since May, Kufa from IJmuiden has been presenting the single HVL® connection for the RenoS9000® profile under KOMO certification.

"Naturally, it is based on the revolutionary RenoS9000® profile," say Didier Holslag and Henk Weber of the always forward-looking and thus innovative company. "So here again, Kufa is first in the market. We expect another successful take-up with this latest innovation. The first reactions are positive. We therefore immediately developed and launched the new brochure, which was immediately distributed to all our partners in May. (This leaflet is inserted in this edition of Profile, ed.)

Showpiece

The RenoS9000® profile thus seems to become the flagship product of the growing Kufa company. The advantages of the frame system are numerous. The big time saver is the fact that the existing frame remains in place. "The math is quickly done then," says Didier. "Less waste is needed, the installation of a structural frame is no longer applicable and there are substantial savings in demolition time. Also, asbestos removal is no longer an issue and - not insignificantly - the chance of breaking existing stucco is significantly reduced. As a result, measuring has become easier because the daylight size of the existing window frame is known. Of course, what the residents will also find pleasant is that the window sill and window sill systems can remain in place."

"Because we have always had the quest for efficiency in our genes, this has ultimately become our value to the market," Henk continues. "This is because the assembly companies can assemble more window frames in the same time frame than is normally possible in renovation projects. This is not only time-saving, but the installation companies ultimately need fewer fitters as a result. I am convinced that this will sound 'interesting' to them because there is precisely a great scarcity of good fitters and craftsmen."

Extras come within reach

"So smart, smarter, smartest is and remains the credo," Henk states. "But above all it is also the end user who benefits. "Because the assembly price will be lower, due to the faster assembly, it will also be possible to choose all kinds of extras sooner. Think of Realwood foil or - there you have it already - the HVL® connection. All extras that would actually be far too expensive in a normal - read: traditional - installation. So it becomes easier to stay within set budgets."
The bottomline of the revolutionary profile is clear: "The high insulation value is guaranteed by the low profiling of the profile. After all, there are more air chambers," says Henk. "This has the added advantage that this profile - so also with the single HVL® connection based on the RenoS9000® - significantly increases the chances of successfully applying for all kinds of environmental subsidies."
