The Dutch veneer masters

At Kuiper Holland every veneered panel is specially made to order. Regardless of whether it concerns a few pieces or many hundreds of boards, for the interior construction, yacht building, kitchen industry and/or wood trade: with every veneer order, the customer's wishes are emphatically mapped out. Where and how will the panel materials be applied? How many square meters are involved? Are there specific wishes regarding the appearance? And, does an end customer like to look at the veneer himself? The veneer specialists of Kuiper Holland are happy to supervise the entire project!

Kuiper Holland's assortment includes more than 80 veneers. "Besides the well-known oak veneer varieties, we offer an extensive range of light and dark wood species, such as American walnut, European walnut, eucalyptus, ash, bamboo and olive," says Thijs Haarhuis, Sales & Marketing at Kuiper Holland. "With this we perfectly match every wood trend in the market. We work mostly on behalf of architects and interior builders, who present their design-
ideas with us. In addition, they can select the veneer for their project here on site with the customer. In doing so, we look emphatically at how we can harmonize the different veneers and baseboards."

In Kuiper Holland's veneer department, the selected veneer logs are carefully cut to size, glued on and joined together in the desired manner, Haarhuis says. "Then the veneer is pressed onto the base boards. All our veneered boards are delivered in whole sheets to the customer, who then makes something beautiful out of them. We are the B2B supplier for veneered boards. To ensure the best possible finish, we can also have the edge veneer for the ends made from exactly the same veneer logs on request."
