The Novy Undercover is an induction cooktop that is fully integrated into the worktop. It reinterprets the kitchen as one continuous surface, in which function and form merge. Only subtle engravings and fine LED indicators betray the presence of technology. When not cooking, the surface remains a full work surface, suitable for preparing, dining or creating.

This opens up new possibilities in dealing with space: the cooking surface no longer becomes a visual element, but a silent player in the whole.

The Undercover is exclusively combined with a 20 mm Dekton® worktop developed by Cosentino. This ultra-compact surface is heat-resistant, scratch-resistant and exceptionally easy to maintain. Perfect for a kitchen that may be used intensively without sacrificing aesthetics.

The collaboration between Novy and Cosentino results in a sustainable and visually serene solution in which technology literally disappears into the material.

Functionality in its purest form

Although the Undercover visually disappears, use remains intuitive and safe. The center points, elegantly finished in Aged Silver, subtly indicate where cooking pots should be placed.

The wireless controller, a combination of rotary knob and touchscreen, makes operation simple and precise. Cooking is done directly on the worktop without additional accessories, without compromise.
