Departure of Henk Bassie as Managing Director Kingspan Insulation. Appointment of David Macdonald as successor.

Henk Bassie, Managing Director of Kingspan Insulation Continental Europe, has announced that he has accepted a new position with Kingspan Insulation. Effective April 1, Henk will assume the position of Managing Director for Kingspan Insulation in the Africa, Middle East, Asian-Pacific region.

Henk enjoyed filling the position of Managing Director in Continental Europe for over 6 years and looks back on it with pride. "It was a unique experience, which inspired me every day. Together with all employees we have achieved many milestones. I am proud of the steps we took that led to growth and where we are today as an organization. In addition to the great strides on the business side, we have proven to be one of the pioneers in translating Kingspan`s Planet Passionate initiatives. I look forward to what the future holds for Kingspan Insulation"

Successor David Macdonald

Henk Bassie's successor is David Macdonald, he will start as Managing Director at Kingspan Insulation Continental Europe on April 1. David is no stranger to Kingspan and the construction industry, he has years of experience at Kingspan in various roles. In addition to his role as Managing Director at Kingspan Insulation Continental Europe, he will continue to be responsible for the Kingspan Unidek construction business and non-construction products.
