Flexible working and conferencing at the highest level

The top floor of a renowned law firm on the Zuidas in Amsterdam is set up as a business card. Since the floor has a large boardroom and several meeting rooms, it is important to be able to work flexibly. For this, Office Cabling Systems (OCS) recommended the high-end Bachmann Conference and floor box OCS Velox 2.0.

The table recessed socket Bachmann Conference was painted in the same gold color as the accent on the tables. Customization, in other words. The Bachmann Conference completely disappears as a result. The built-in units are equipped with sockets and multimedia connections so that laptops and phones can be quickly charged or connected to a presentation screen. The units have no raised edges, so they disappear completely into the table. The magnetic cover also opens with one simple click. When plugged in, the Conference is completely closed.

Upper floor spaces are large and open. A wall outlet is not always nearby. To enable flexible working even in the middle of the largest room, an OCS Velox 2.0 floor box was installed. This floor box can be equipped with different lids, from plastic to stainless steel. Because the lid has a large cable grommet, it can also be easily closed after connecting all the plugs. This prevents tripping hazards. In the law firm, the choice was made to incorporate the feedthrough in the stainless steel lid, so that the floor box blends almost invisibly into the room. As a result, appearance and functionality go perfectly hand in hand.
