kreon launches Vergo in three limited edition summer colors

Remote outdoor lighting in Mocca Mousse, Reseda Green and Oxide Red

This summer colors Vergo, the architectural outdoor fixture from kreon, in three new limited edition shades: Mocca Mousse, Reseda Green and Oxide red. The carefully selected colors bring a summer touch to the minimalist design and are a subtle nod to modernist architects such as Le Corbusier and Jean Prouvé. 

 Vergo is offered standard in black or white powder-coated aluminum, but thanks to the removable finishing sleeve, a high degree of color personalization is possible. The three temporary colors were curated by Kristof Pycke, Art Director at kreon, and illustrate the commitment to architectural customization down to the smallest details. 

Oxide Red 

Le Corbusier often used this warm, earthy hue as an accent color in his modernist designs, for example for window and door frames or metal elements. The color provided a vivid contrast to his typical concrete architecture and emphasized structure, rhythm and composition. 

Reseda Green 

Reseda green was one of Jean Prouvé's signature colors, which he frequently applied to metal furniture components and architectural elements. The gray-green hue exudes tranquility and functionality and fits perfectly with Prouvé's industrial aesthetic, in which color plays a functional as well as harmonizing role. 

Mocca mousse 

The pantone color of the year 2025 is a warm, earthy shade of brown that symbolizes tranquility, slowing down and connection to nature. The choice of this color aligns with a broader design movement that focuses on softness, comfort and tactility, including in outdoor spaces. 

Vergo is designed to blend seamlessly into any outdoor space and fits within kreon's "inside-out" philosophy, extending light lines and finishes from indoor lighting into the garden.
