Jesse Verheem of Teleflex is proud to have been awarded this contract for several reasons.
First, this library is architecturally particularly beautiful. A round, oval shape, located on the waterfront and perfectly suited to its surroundings. If you then make a contribution to a better living and working environment, that is extra satisfying."
Teleflex was awarded the contract thanks to its good contacts with a hardware trade. Why the recommendation for this window opener? "An optimal ease of operation was important for the library. But the robustness of the system to be chosen also played a role plus the desire for a better indoor climate. Because the ACK4 is easy to operate by remote control, the indoor air quality further increases. Thus, thanks to the choice of this system, it remains pleasantly cool in the building in summer even at high temperatures. Fresh air is essential in any building."
The windows of the library are located on two different facade sides. Each side has its own individual control using a remote control. "These tilt windows can be opened at multiple distances - from 10 to 40 centimeters - at intervals of 5 centimeters. Also, this window opener features a robust chain that is made of stainless steel. The ACK4 is available in white, gray and black. This matched perfectly with the wooden window frames and the complete look of the building. In short, a fitting picture was created that has ensured great satisfaction for both parties."
