Energy-efficient and aesthetic air conditioning heater without an outdoor unit

Almost invisible from the outside, but very effective inside. The Thermo Comfort COMO 2.0, one of the showpieces of the MaxiCool range, is an appliance that ingeniously combines innovation and design. This Thermo Comfort COMO 2.0 cools (class A+) very energy efficiently via the built-in heat pump, without the need for an annoying outdoor unit. This is thanks to the advanced monobloc technology that ushers in a new era.

With the COMO 2.0, Thermo Comfort takes a big step forward towards an almost invisible air conditioning system. Because admittedly, those unaesthetic outdoor units are often an eyesore for many an architect and builder. With the COMO 2.0, there is no outdoor unit, there are only fixed grilles with minimal visual impact. Inside, the monobloc COMO 2.0 takes the form of a minimalist design unit with a depth of only 16 cm, at once the most subtle and lightest in its category. An unobtrusive and timeless solution for maintaining a comfortable indoor climate.

Easy installation

The design of the COMO 2.0 was indeed not an overnight decision. The completely flat front and rounded corners give the space-saving unit something of a minimalist design object that blends into any interior. This significantly softens the aesthetic impact of air conditioners and heat pumps in buildings - both residential and office. The hyper-compact housing, made entirely of metal, contains everything needed for perfect operation and efficiency. Operation of the unit is via touchscreen, remote control or an app on the smartphone.

Easy installation

The COMO 2.0 can be installed on any type of exterior wall: low above the floor, at the top of the wall, in a corner or next to a window door. Lateral air extraction and supply is also possible, thanks to the optional lateral installation kit. All standard installation supplies are included: mounting template, suspension bracket, tubes for the holes (ø 162 mm) and external grilles. 

The best of DC Inverter technology

Thanks to the optimized DC Inverter technology, the available power was optimized, combined with a very low noise level. Thanks to this technology, energy consumption is low and the power consumption at partial load is less than 300 W. With a nominal cooling power of 2.35 kW, the COMO 2.0 achieves an EER value of 3.22 and is thus labeled A+ for its energy efficiency. 

3 Types

There are three variants of this device, tailored to specific needs: the horizontal COMO 2.0, the horizontal COMO 2.0 + ELEC with integrated electrical resistance that performs adequately even at low outdoor temperatures, and finally vertical COMO 2.0 for mounting on narrow walls. The latter 2 devices are only available on request.
