Need an elevator, but not be bound by heavy structural modifications? This is what Kroon Liften specializes in. The company supplies, installs and maintains elevators under the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, with all the benefits that come with it.
Director Niek Becks explains: "Traditional elevator parties supply elevators that are subject to onerous requirements due to regulations, both elevator technology and construction. We supply machines that are certified according to the Machinery Directive, making the elevator and any construction work more interesting and more cost-effective."
The reduced braking distance eliminates the need for a run-out in the pit and roof structure, and the installation takes up little space. These are not the only advantages, according to Niek: "These elevators are easier to install and require only maintenance but no mandatory inspection."
"We are techies and think this is really important to do this job well. A technical product requires a technical background. When we come to the table, we know what we're talking about. We give sound advice appropriate to each situation."
Crown Elevators works with several suppliers. As a result, the company has a wide range of passenger elevators, freight elevators and disabled elevators. "Every situation and every wish is different, we really want to provide our customers with a suitable elevator," says Kroon Liften.
By specializing in elevators under the Machinery Directive, Crown Elevators has created a market for itself. "As a result, we are not in the crosshairs of the traditional elevator companies."
The aim is to create a suitable solution for every situation. For example, there are many solutions for installing an elevator in a house. Does the client create an architectural shaft or does Kroon Liften supply one along with it? It's all possible: The BasicLine platform elevators are elevators where the entire shaft is supplied as a sandwich panel. This can be done in any Ral color. The smallest of these elevators takes up less than one square meter of space. The virtually mouse-quiet HighLine and energy-efficient GreenLine cabin elevators feature automatic sliding doors and automatic control.
Niek explains that an elevator is often a cheaper solution than remodeling: "In old age, people often choose to move the bathroom and bedroom downstairs. This causes a lot of inconvenience and is costly. An elevator is a much cheaper solution and all the cubicles in the building are accessible again. This is something we like to think about!"
