Workspace Design Show (Nov. 5-6, Amsterdam) opens next week

Everything you need to know before the doors open

The wait is almost over. Workspace Design Show (November 5-6, 2025, Hall 5, RAI Amsterdam) is set to welcome thousands of workplace professionals next week - including architects, designers and users from across Europe.

This year's edition invites visitors to “activate” their senses, transforming every corner of Hall 5 into a vibrant, multisensory experience of how design can influence how we work, feel and connect with each other.

Travel & Access

• Badge: Print your badge before arrival to save time. Just pick up your lanyard at the registration desk and walk right through.
• Train: Direct service from Schiphol Airport to Amsterdam RAI Station (10 minutes). The location is just a 3-minute walk from the station.
• Metro: Take line 52 to station Europe Square, right next to Hall 5.
• Car: Follow the A10 Ring Road - exit S109 (RAI).
• Parking: Reserve your parking space in advance for €29 per day via rai.co.uk/en/route/parking.

Start your visit with a treat

Upon entering Hall 5, you will be greeted by the smell of the on-site pasta station, serving freshly prepared food to energize you for a day of inspiration.

The fair opens with a series of experiential spaces created by some of Holland's most innovative design studios:

• Mood Board Contest - Biophilic Design Academy
• Design Talks Lounge - UNS
• Occupiers Forum Space - Casper Schwarz Architects
• Workplace Experience Lounge - Mecanoo

Each space offers a sensory interpretation of workplace design, with color, light, texture and sound enhancing the experience.

More than 120 speakers from leading organizations share insights on strategy, culture, design and sustainability.

Evening program

Retrieved from Wednesday, November 5 from 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. finds the official Networking Party takes place in Hall 5 - an evening to celebrate, connect and inspire. At the same time, the FRAME Awards awarded, which celebrates the year's most progressive interior design projects.
