Integratech presented itself at Future Lighting with an almost completely renewed range. The Belgian brand looks back on an intensive period in which all segments have been addressed. According to Rudy Happaerts, Sales & Marketing Manager, this marks an important milestone. “We have updated almost everything in recent years: spotlights, clock fixtures, LED strips, semi-waterproof devices, and now also the panels. This means we are fully prepared for the future.”
The LED panels have recently been updated and attracted a lot of attention at the event. Like other product groups, this range is also divided into three segments, each with its own price and performance level. This gives installers a clearer overview of the range, which is better suited to a variety of projects. The entire panel range has been made more efficient without any price increases; in many cases, prices have even fallen. “This was achieved through smarter purchasing,” says Happaerts. “In addition, we closely follow market developments. There was a clear need for a more accessible segment. With the expansion of the Bright family, we are responding to this need: affordable, but with quality that still impresses.”
In addition, the focus is shifting further from side-lit to backlit panels. The latter category offers higher efficiency at lower costs and, according to the company, is well aligned with future developments.

The technical advances in efficiency do require explanation to the market. “Telling the story of the new products takes time,” says Happaerts. “We have to explain why a higher number of lumens per watt pays off. In the long term, a more efficient panel consumes less wattage than a model with lower light output. That's not always an automatic reflex for customers, so we're happy to explain it.”
The transition to new models is now underway. The old panels are gradually disappearing from the market as stocks are phased out. The new devices are now finding their way to wholesalers and installers. Integratech is looking forward to seeing the results once the fully updated range is available.
In addition to the panel updates, Integratech once again emphasizes the reliability of its fixtures. A recent practical example in the port of Rotterdam underscores this point. “A customer previously had devices from another supplier installed in spray booths, which had to be replaced every three months,” says Happaerts. “Our radiators have now been in place for a year without any problems. This Evolve 2 radiator is not the cheapest device, but it has once again proven to be extremely reliable.”
Future Lighting offered Integratech the opportunity to showcase its core proposition to a wider Dutch audience. In Belgium, the brand has been well represented by major wholesalers for years, but the Netherlands remains a growth market. “This platform helps us to become more visible,” says Happaerts. “We want to create more demand through installers. That starts with getting acquainted, feeling the product, and understanding what the innovations deliver.”
