PREFA's range includes ten impressive roofing systems. In the Netherlands, the PREFALZ® roof system, roof tile R.16 and Daklosange 44×44 are particularly popular, explains Area Sales Manager Tom Vanhandenhove. 

"Roofing system PREFALZ® offers architects a lot of creative latitude, while roofers benefit from easy processing. Due to its malleability, PREFALZ® is easier to deform than most comparable standing seam materials. As a result, many special roof shapes are possible. From curved arched roofs to complicated dormers and domed roofs. In addition, PREFALZ® is ideally suited for large-area roofs. The roof system is available in 19 standard colors, from white to gray, brown or patina green, and in a smooth or stucco surface. Upon request, smooth surfaces can also be provided with a protective film."

Minimalist roof design

Those looking for pure design in an elongated format will be delighted with roof tile R.16. "With this innovative new roof tile, we are introducing a new and minimalist roof design, combined with a timeless and rectilinear play of forms," said Vanhandenhove. "Due to the large size of 700 x 420 mm, only 3.4 roof tiles per square meter are required. This achieves an extraordinary aesthetic effect." 

Roof tile R.16 is available as standard in 10 colors and in a stucco surface. Smooth surfaces are available upon request.

Classic diamond shape, modern accent

Finally, Daklosange 44×44 is distinguished by minimal weight and excellent handling. 

"Thanks to a 440 x 440 mm surface area, the classic diamond shape is given a modern accent, without sacrificing durability or weather resistance," says Vanhandenhove. "The integrated mounting strips allow for fast and cost-efficient installation. Daklosange is also available as standard in 10 standard colors and in a stucco surface." 

For those who want to experience the benefits of Daklosange but are more enamored with a traditional design, PREFA offers Daklosange 29×29 (290 x 290 mm).

All PREFA roof systems can be fitted with the PREFA solar mounting system as required, allowing you to generate your own power on the roof. The PREFA solar mounting system consists of various solar module holders, solar module covers, busbar profiles, rail sections, cable clips, middle clamps and end clamps, ensuring a solid PV installation on any roof.
