V-ZUG, Swiss frontrunner to a green future

As a Swiss company, respect for nature and the environment is in V-ZUG's genes. The organization is therefore making solid strides towards a fully sustainable way of working and future for the sector. V-ZUG does this by introducing energy and water-saving innovations in its appliances, but also by constantly looking in the production process to see how things can be done better and with less impact on the environment. Thus, thanks to a series of measures, V-ZUG headquarters has already been running 100% CO2 neutral since 2020. Nevertheless, this does not mean that the goal has been reached: as with economy and performance of their kitchen appliances, they are also tinkering with a green future on a global scale.

Sustainable product design

V-ZUG rolls out its green vision worldwide, one appliance at a time. Household appliances are the biggest energy guzzlers for the average family. So it pays to choose smart appliances that assist us in our daily lives as economically as possible. For example, with the AdoraDish V6000, V-ZUG was the first company in the world to launch a dishwasher with a heat pump, and with the CombiSteamer V6000 45 steam oven, the Combair V6000 60 oven, the CombiCookTop cooktop and CoffeeCenter V60000 45 coffee machine, a range of household appliances with stunning performance and an equally impressive A to A++ energy label.
In order not to lose track of so much ingenuity, V-ZUG offers EcoManagement with some appliances. A clever way of monitoring energy and/or water consumption. Select the energy-saving program during washing or drying to run the household even more energy-efficiently.
