The days are getting shorter again and the evenings longer, so the season of lighting has arrived again. "We notice that after the summer vacations it always gets busier again," says commercial director René van Gogh. Under the label YELA Lighting, LEDSign offers a wide range of lighting fixtures, specially selected and designed for architectural projects.
LEDSign has been active in the Dutch market since 2011 and was founded by René van Gogh, who has long experience in the lighting industry. Under his leadership, the company has grown to a team of thirteen employees. LEDSign supplies signing and illuminated advertising, while its quality lighting fixtures are offered under the name YELA Lighting. "The demand for decorative lighting continues to grow," Van Gogh says. "Our recessed and trimless LED spots are particularly popular, especially in the more upscale residential construction. What sets us apart is our flexibility. We can paint our fixtures in almost any color you want, so that they perfectly match the interior of a project. That's a service the bigger brands often can't offer."
The lighting brand YELA Lighting continues to expand with a wide selection of high-quality lighting fixtures. In addition to LED spotlights, the range includes 230V 3-phase and 48VDC track with a large assortment of spotlights and design rings. "We are currently developing a number of new part catalogs that will be industry-specific," explains account manager Jackie Ernsting. "In these, for example, we want to include only the decorative fixtures of interest to architects and designers."
Another important pillar of LEDSign is its focus on sustainable and energy-efficient solutions. By using high-quality LEDs and chips, LEDSign not only guarantees long luminaire lifetimes, but also low energy costs for the user. "Our popular 'dim to warm' luminaires in particular contribute to our slogan of 'creating comfort,'" said Dr. K. K., CEO of LEDSign.
In addition to lighting, LEDSign offers signage and window film solutions. The company partners with Switchfoil®, an electrically operated window film that becomes opaque at the touch of a button. This makes it ideal for use in homes or offices, where blinds are not readily applicable or where more privacy is desired at appropriate times such as a meeting, for example. This complete approach, combining decorative lighting, signing and window film, makes LEDSign a versatile partner for any project. "We always ask our clients to share their protected project with us so we can think along to put down the right solution for the client," says Jackie. "Because it's all about making sure the lighting perfectly matches the look our clients want for
eyes."
