In-house car elevators

"We offer a wide range of elevators, from small freight elevators for the hospitality industry, to elevators up to 12 meters long and 3 meters wide ... and everything in between," says Flexitec director Rick Knippers. Large car elevators are made entirely in-house by the company. In general, Flexitec's elevators are within the machinery directive. "Staying within the directive has many advantages and is more economical. Also, we don't want to compete with the big guys. For large elevators with high load capacity, a faster elevator is often desired anyway. For clients who came to us for such an elevator, the lower speed within the machine directive was sometimes something that held them back. Fortunately, we can now also meet this demand, and since last year we also supply the QH series, large goods, car and passenger elevators within the Lift Directive.

Passenger elevators in every class

Flexitec supplies and installs many passenger elevators. "The Alu 400 is the entry-level model. This is a spindle driven elevator, a platform elevator. Flexitec supplies a complete package including shaft and doors; this keeps construction work to a minimum.

"For those who want a little more options, there is the PH Easymove cabin elevator," he said. "There are more types of finishes available and the elevator has a luxurious look. The Easy Move comes standard with swing doors."

At the top of the cabin elevators, Flexitec offers the PH InDomo. "This one comes closest to the traditional elevator. It can be completely customized, with LCD screens ed. As crazy as the customer wants it." This elevator comes with sliding doors and automatic control.

Possibilities are almost endless

"Flexitec is an exclusive dealer of many leading brands. All elevators are assembled by our own people. We can supply a lot. Can a copper-colored interior? Yes, we can. But also, for example, adjustable LED lighting to taste." 

In the higher segment, Flexitec often supplies a combination of a car elevator with a passenger elevator. The company makes this car elevator entirely in-house. "We do this from the steel to the controls. As a result, we are very flexible and can meet almost any customer's needs. The possibilities are practically endless." 

Flexitec assembles with its own people, but also offers full service and maintenance. "There is a possibility of a maintenance contract. We are on standby for our customers 24 hours a day."
