A new series of energy-generating glass facade solutions

This new product range from AGC Glass Europe, which is intended to be incorporated into façade windows, parapets, cladding and other applications, is the result of an intensive collaboration with specially selected partners, including PHYSEE Technologies, Sonnenstromfabrik, SolTech and Solar Visuals. The SunEwat Series

SunEwat is available under the names Vision Square, Vision Stripe and SmartSkin. SunEwat allows architects and designers complete freedom to play with the various elements of transparency, SunEwat thus provides elegant solutions for green energy while maintaining the transparency and functions of the glass. SmartSkin is a dynamic and innovative facade solution from PHYSEE Technologies, bringing together solar cells and self-learning sensors into an intelligent building management system.

The brand names

SunEwat products for parapets are sold under the names Stopray Active, Artlite Active and Lacobel T Active.
In these products, the solar cells are completely hidden behind a coating, creative designs or a paint coating to make projects shine and also optimize energy generation with a shorter payback period. Developed in collaboration with Solar Visuals, Artlite Active is an innovative solution that allows facade cladding to be completely customized, with infinite possibilities in terms of visual elements, colors and prints. Lacobel T Active is a solution that makes the vision glass and the parapet visually indistinguishable. Stopray Vision coatings for windows can now be optimally combined with Stopray Active, an active version for spandrels for outstanding aesthetics and a uniform appearance.
