Parador, the Germany-based manufacturer of laminate, parquet and vinyl flooring, a wholly owned subsidiary of HIL international, announced the appointment of David (Neel) Bradham as Managing Director and CEO, effective July 11, 2023.
Bradham has many years of leadership experience in driving growth and scaling companies in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, North and Latin America and Asia Pacific. The American-born Bradham most recently held various leadership positions with international flooring manufacturers such as Mohawk, Interface and most recently Milliken & Co. complementing his experience as an investment banker, strategy consultant and private equity investor. Bradham holds a bachelor's degree in communications from the University of North Carolina and a master's degree in business administration from the University of Georgia.
