Afeer, Winschoten
Afeer, a social development company in East Groningen, is in the spotlight with its own new modern office building. The outdated building was demolished in 2022 to make way for energy-efficient housing with an inspiring design.

Losplaats 4, Maarheeze
Discover the creation of a dream home in an attractive neighborhood in Maarheeze! Marcelle and Justin, together with architect Roel Lamers of architectural firm ZIJN, have realized a unique home. From a forgotten lot to a modern cubist design - their home tells a story of passion and innovation.
