Sustainability is at the heart of our innovation strategy. We constantly strive to optimize our products and systems to increase the ease of use for the craftsman and promote circularity. With the fixing claw, we are now providing a new tool that prevents vertical cladding from sliding along the clips on the aluminum substructure.
Under the influence of the weight of the boards combined with inexorable gravity, vertically placed QuickClip® profiles will slide along the clips on the aluminum rails. Traditionally, craftsmen often solve this problem with glue, but at the expense of the unique circular nature of our QuickClip® siding.
In our commitment to innovation with sustainable impact, we have optimized the fastening system of our QuickClip® cladding with a clever solution: the fixing claw. This ingenious claw is designed to fit seamlessly around the Grad clip and prevent the cladding from sliding. This makes the wooden cladding remains firmly in place without compromising the original circular design. In addition, the fixation claw leaves room for expansion and contraction of the wood.
The fixing claw does not affect the disassembly process of the cladding. The wooden planks remain easy to snap off with a set disassembly wrenches. After a new treatment or refresh, the QuickClip® profiles are also easy to reattach to the clips.
