Sustainability can be so simple - if only you have the right partner on your side. Austrian paint and lacquer manufacturer ADLER has long been considered the address for environmentally friendly coatings for window frames, furniture, facades and interior walls. Family business 

Furniture manufacturers, the carpentry industry, frame manufacturers and wood construction companies will find numerous paints, lacquers, wood preservatives and professional accessories in ADLER's product range. The family business was founded in 1934 by Johann Berghofer; today the company is in the hands of the third generation. Every year, 21,000 tons of lacquer leave the factory in Schwaz, Tyrol. Since 2018, the company has been one of the first companies in its industry to produce 100% climate neutrally. 

Pioneer 

An important pillar in ADLER's product range are water-based paints. More than two-thirds of all ADLER products are water-based; many of them with a high proportion of natural and renewable raw materials. "We are a pioneer in the field of environmentally friendly paint systems and we have been engaged in the development of water-based paints for decades," said Leon Cremers, managing director of ADLER Benelux. "With this expertise, we are the right address when it comes to the sustainable protection of wood." 

Excellent ecological balance 

The latter is also demonstrated by ADLER's green range, which contains only particularly sustainable coatings. All products in this range have an excellent ecological balance and low VOC content. In addition, they do not contain toxic substances and substances hazardous to the environment. The high standard of sustainability is guaranteed by an objective certification process to which all green products are subjected in ADLER's laboratory.
