LuxImprove starts construction of new building at Deltaweg business park in Goes

Monday, October 28, we struck the first pile for the construction of our brand new building at Bedrijvenpark Deltaweg in Goes. This milestone marks an important moment in our growth and development, and marks another step towards the future.

LuxImprove, a specialist in sustainable lighting solutions, has experienced strong growth in recent years. "Our current office in Kruiningen has become too small to realize our ambitions," says director Jordi van de Vrie. "In addition, the appearance of the current building no longer matches the professional standard we want to set. The move to Bedrijvenpark Deltaweg not only provides us with the space we need, but also ensures better accessibility and a presentation that matches our philosophy. We will have a future-proof, representative and sustainable building that meets the highest requirements in terms of functionality and atmosphere."

The new location allows us to serve customers even better, with modern facilities, including an expanded showroom and representative meeting rooms. In addition, the new building provides more space for our warehouse, which will increase the efficiency and growth potential of our operations.

Sustainability plays a key role in the design and construction of our new building. The building will use energy-efficient materials, high-quality insulation and a large number of solar panels, thus keeping our ecological footprint as small as possible. This fits perfectly with the vision of Bedrijvenpark Deltaweg, which has been developed by the municipality of Goes as one of the most sustainable business parks in the Netherlands. The park is completely gas-free, and much attention has been paid to nature-friendly solutions, such as animal-friendly lighting and traffic signs made from sustainable materials.

The alderman of Goes, Joost de Goffau, emphasizes the importance of this development: "LuxImprove shows that companies can also take responsibility around the sustainability issue."

We expect to open our doors in the fall of 2025. Until then, of course, we will remain accessible as usual from our current office in Kruiningen.
